macrobiotic system. Macrobiotic nutrition for various diseases

For the end of the last century and the beginning of the present, it is characteristic that with an ever-increasing number of people on the planet, each individual person is alone - psychologists often talk about this. Something similar is observed in the field of nutrition - there are more and more products, their variety is great, but a person is often hungry, - energetically hungry, because packaging that is often catchy in color and pleasant to the touch hides "dead" food - food for the tongue, and not for health. But just as a seeker can find a loved one in a sea of people, so in a sea of products you can find energy-rich foods that our body needs and properly prepare food from them, which will become an elixir of health for us.

The word "macrobiotic" comes from two Greek words: "macro" - large and "bios" - life, thus, literally it means "big life", "long life".

Proper nutrition, simple and easy physical exercises, a harmonious view of nature and the world around us - this is the path along which macrobiotics leads people to a great, long and full-blooded life.

Macrobiotics is an ancient medical and philosophical doctrine of the East, but today it is mainly associated with the name of the famous modern Japanese doctor J. Osawa. The philosophy of macrobiotics offers people a natural way of life and proceeds from the fact that illness and adversity are natural natural ways to convince a person to become an adherent of a reasonable lifestyle and proper nutrition. After all, it is important not only that the blood reaches every cell of the body, but also the quality of this blood, but it depends on what kind of food we eat. Macrobiotics is the science of life extension, creative longevity through rational nutrition.

Food should bring energy to a person, so it is important for each of us, firstly, to choose the right energy-filled and balanced diet, and, secondly, not to destroy the energy of products during their processing. The body does not need “empty”, non-energy food, which, like ballast, will fill the stomach, and then, in the form of poisons, will begin to spread through the blood and further throughout the body, bringing illness and premature old age.

How to choose the right foods that will benefit the body?

Macrobiotics proposes to eat energy food in the correct ratio of two vital energies - yin and yang. According to the ancient Chinese canons, yang is active, solar, generative energy, and yin is passive, lunar, nurturing, or else: yang is the energy of the sky and the energy of the human spirit, and yin is the energy of the earth and the energy of the body. Both of these vital forces are needed by the body, but one should strive to harmonize them through a balanced diet of yin and yang.

The following foods are filled with yang energy: rice, millet, wheat, buckwheat, bird eggs, fish roe, shrimp, lobster, sardines, catfish, herring, salmon and other fish with pink meat, radish, turnip, leek, parsley, dill, carrots, horseradish, watercress, cinnamon, chicory, duck, partridge, turkey, cheese, chestnuts, apples, salt.

Foods filled with yin energy: corn, rye, barley, oats, oysters, crayfish, eel, pike, carp, trout, tuna, flounder, eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes, capsicum, beans, beans, peas, lentils, cucumbers, zucchini, garlic, beets, cabbage, mushrooms, sorrel, pork, veal, beef, lamb, chicken meat, rabbit meat, kefir, sour cream, cottage cheese, butter, milk, cheese, pineapples, oranges, bananas, lemons, pears, grapes, nuts, watermelons, melons, olives, peaches, fats, coffee, cocoa, chocolate, beer, wines, carbonated water, sugar.

As you can see, there are more yin foods than yang foods.

Man was created by the Creator as an earthly and heavenly being at the same time, as a corporeal and spiritual being equally. However, a person cares more about the body, forgetting about the spirit. Therefore, his food is mainly Yin, earthly. Nishi writes in this regard: “We eat too much yin! Because of this, our spirit becomes emaciated and languishes... Whoever does not want to remember that he is not only yin, but also yang, not only the body, but also the spirit, will get sick and suffer.”

Eating too much yin food at the expense of yang leads to excess weight, since yin energy promotes expansion, while yang energy, on the contrary, promotes contraction. When we switch to macrobiotic nutrition, trying to balance both of these energies, our life becomes joyful and interesting, the spirit becomes strong, and the body becomes slender.

The balance of yin and yang is not necessarily achieved in every meal, it is important that this balance is in the total amount of food eaten per day. An interesting fact is that with balanced yin and yang in the diet, the desire to eat and drink “unhealthy” foods, such as ice cream, cakes, and alcohol, practically disappears.

Macrobiotic nutrition does not imply excessive restriction in food or consumption of only plant foods, macrobiotics emphasizes the correct methods of food preparation and the correct, reasonable proportions of various foods in the diet.

Rules of macrobiotic nutrition

Do not eat food that has undergone industrial processing. It is better to cook everything yourself from whole foods.

The basis of the daily diet (50-60%) should be rice and other cereals. From whole, unground grains of cereals, you should cook food with your own hands; such food can be eaten without limiting oneself.

Vegetables and fruits should make up 25-30% of the daily diet, and are best eaten raw, if possible with a peel, or boiled in a small amount of water and for a short time. You should not salt vegetables during cooking, in extreme cases, salt them only with unrefined sea salt and only after they are cooked, before serving. Vegetables that are extremely filled with yin energy (eggplants, tomatoes, potatoes) should be consumed as little as possible.

Legumes (peas, beans, lentils), algae and seaweed should make up 5-10% of the total daily diet.

Soups from vegetables and cereals should be 5-10% of the total daily diet.

Fish, nuts, seeds can make up 5-10% of the total daily food intake.

Meat, poultry, eggs, fats, dairy products can be eaten only occasionally, on special occasions.

You shouldn't drink too much. From drinks, preference should be given to green tea, coffee drinks from cereals, herbal vitamin teas, and rosehip infusion. Avoid lemonade, coffee, black tea, cocoa.

It is necessary to cook food only on water: boil, in extreme cases - stew with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. Never fry food.

Avoid white flour breads, opt for breads with bran or whole grains. It's great if you can bake bread yourself - then make bread from wholemeal flour with bran and whole grains.

Food should be chewed thoroughly (50-100 times). Chew as long as you can taste the food, as you absorb the energy of the food as long as you can taste it. If the food is truly healthy, then when chewed, it becomes tastier.

Get up from the table with a feeling of slight hunger, a feeling of fullness will come half an hour to an hour after eating, when the food begins to be digested. Remember that by overeating, you are poisoning your body.

So, the basis of macrobiotic nutrition is cereals, which are the most energetically saturated, the healthiest food given to us by nature. Whole grain contains all the substances necessary for a person in ideal proportions for the body. Eating whole grains of cereals helps to get rid of many diseases and, unlike eating flour products, does not lead to overweight and vascular diseases. However, we must remember that cereals are rich in starch, so they must be carefully chewed during meals and ensure that they are well saturated with saliva - this is important for their full digestion in the stomach.

Vegetables prepared in a variety of ways complement and enrich whole grain foods with vitamins and minerals. It is also good to enrich your diet with wild plants. George Osawa especially recommended dandelion, coltsfoot, burdock and shepherd's purse from wild plants - all these herbs are both food and medicinal at the same time. Vegetables and fruits should be eaten by those that grow in your region, in the climate zone where you live. According to macrobiotics, all living things come from their natural environment. Both people and animals in different climatic zones form a different set of digestive enzymes adapted to digest food that is characteristic of given climatic conditions and soil characteristics of a given region. In modern life, we eat food that originated from many different foreign lands - as a result, our bodies become weak and the number of various diseases increases. In winter, fresh summer vegetables should not be consumed, because, not corresponding to the season, they cannot satisfy the true physiological needs. In winter, dried vegetables stored since summer, as well as root vegetables, cabbage and pumpkin, are suitable for a healthy energy diet in winter, and adherents of macrobiotics consider cabbage to be one of the most useful vegetables.

Thus, although macrobiotics comes from the East, the Russian folk proverb comes to mind: “Schi and porridge are our food”, only in the case of macrobiotics, perhaps, porridge should be put in the first place, and cabbage soup - in the second.

Summing up, it is worth emphasizing that the macrobiotic diet is very simple and is relatively cheap. Most people can afford it and become healthy.

macrobiotic diets

The question remains: what should be the "golden proportion" of products. The founders of macrobiotics believed that we should strive for a complete transition to the consumption of grains. I think it's better to stick to a different ratio. Eliminating sugar to the maximum, take a ratio of 2: 1 (cereals, cereals - vegetables), and when meat and cheese are included - 5: 2: 1 (grain - vegetables - meat).

"Golden proportion" products per day,%

The table shows additional possible proportions of various products that make up a person's daily diet.

The last three diets should be called sparing, the first three - the most suitable for a balanced diet. More rigid diets are also possible, which should be recommended only in special cases.

Catering for everyday and special occasions

The usual macrobiotic diet consists of: cereals from whole grains; soups - vegetable in meat broth or lean; vegetables - stewed; a little steam or boiled meat; stewed fish; lentils or beans; seaweed salads; fruits; nuts.

If you want your body's resources to be maximally activated, then, in general, following the indicated diet, give preference to whole grain cereals; vegetable soups; locally grown vegetables, either steamed or stewed; legumes with seaweed; white fish and seafood; fruits, nuts; pickles.

The most stringent macrobiotic daily diet is as follows:

The main products are barley, rice and buckwheat.

It is advisable to maintain such a strict diet for two weeks, then return to a simpler one and alternate them.

There is another option for a strict diet:

You can diversify the vegetable menu with fish - boiled or steamed, not too oily. Once a week - meat, also preferably boiled or cooked over high heat with active stirring.

The equivalent of fish or meat in such a diet is cheese (100 g per day), cottage cheese (200 g), squid (200 g). Do not season them with anything, do not add sugar.

When preparing macrobiotic dishes, as, indeed, any other, you should follow a number of rules:

Products must be fresh. Dried and salted foods should not contain artificial additives and spices.

Each product is best prepared separately, and then mixed.

Vegetables should be cut, chopped, chopped beautifully, trying to observe geometric proportions, so that their very appearance emphasizes balance, balance.

Seasonings should be used in moderation.

Salting is best with sea salt.

Vegetable oils should be unrefined or cold pressed.

The dish should be laid out on a plate beautifully - this also contributes to the balance of food.

You have to cook clean.

A special role is given to your mood to prepare a healthy, tasty and mouth-watering dish.

But the most important thing, without which neither cooking nor eating food is possible at all, which is the very essence of macrobiotic nutrition, is Love And joy. It is this energy that the right food brings.

Diet to restore energy balance

You already know that the main macrobiotic foods are whole grains and everything that can be prepared from it. At the same time, none of its edible components is discarded. Everything should go into action - bran, germs, endosperm (the tissue of plant seeds, in which the nutrients necessary for the development of the embryo are deposited). It is this complex that provides the needs of the body, and also serves to restore the disturbed balance.

Whole grains contain a set of substances that are essential for a person: complex carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals, and in those proportions that help us get exactly as much energy as we need.

So, dishes from buckwheat, rice (especially brown), oats, millet, wheat, corn, etc. should become desirable on your table. Eat them at least every day. Porridges are appropriate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is no strictly regulated set of dishes in this case. You can alternate them as you wish, just be sure to be based on maintaining a yin-yang balance.

Menu for every day

Rice

If almost anyone can cook porridge from buckwheat or millet, then cooking rice is a special matter. Rice can not only be boiled, gradually evaporating the water to make the porridge thick. You can also fry it, which does not reduce the energy value. The most nutritious part of rice is filled with yang. When we eat it, we restore the balance of yang-yin.

1. One cup brown brown rice, 11/2 cups water.

Pour water into a saucepan, add some salt and stir in the rice. It is better to press this mixture with some oppression so that the rice is under pressure. Put on a fairly strong fire. Bring to a boil (lid with oppression will tremble). Then turn down the heat and simmer for 25 minutes. After that, turn off the heat and keep the rice covered for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and weight to release steam from the pot. Drain excess water. Rice is ready.

2. One glass of rice, 5 glasses of water. A little salt.

Boil the rice in salted water so that it remains slightly undercooked. Take this porridge to increase appetite, as well as to improve the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.

3. Rice is so useful that it can be eaten even raw, only thoroughly washed. Grab a handful of this pure uncooked rice for breakfast. Eat very small meals, chewing thoroughly (50-100 times). Mentally focus on receiving useful external qi and converting energy into internal resources of your body. Eat raw rice throughout the week. Then take a break for a month.

4. Onions and carrots go well with brown rice. You can add a number of other ingredients. Cook brown rice according to recipe 1. Finely chop carrots, onions, parsley. You will also need nuts and raisins. Nuts should be crushed, but not into flour, raisins (preferably from white grapes) should be crushed. Separately, mix vegetable oil, add salt, vinegar and nutmeg to taste. Combine rice, chopped vegetables, and chopped nuts and raisins with the butter dressing. Mix everything thoroughly so that the products are well saturated with oil and the dish has a harmonious taste. Let everything stand in a cool place, but not in the refrigerator for an hour - and you can eat.

oats

It is better to buy grain. Make flour out of it, which you do not mix with anything, and do not use baking powder. Mix oatmeal with water in a ratio of 1 tbsp. spoon for 150 ml of water. Cook, stirring constantly, until a slimy mass is obtained. Add salt to taste. Porridge cooked in this way increases appetite, becomes a source of additional energy in the cold season. In addition, it helps to improve the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract. Just eat a little, so as not to increase the acidity.

Chapati

In the East, an indispensable food is chapati, a useful macrobiotic product. It can be made from whole wheat flour, buckwheat flour or millet flour, as well as a mixture of crushed grains.

250 g sifted wholemeal flour, 150 ml warm water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of oil.

In a large bowl mix flour and salt. Add warm water and mix until soft dough. Then knead properly. Spray with water. After that, cover with a linen cloth and leave for an hour at room temperature. Take a cast iron skillet and put it on the fire to heat it up. Divide the dough into 15 parts, make balls out of them, constantly kneading them. Roll out 15 cakes from the balls. Put them on the pan. When small white bubbles appear on the surface of the chapati and the edges begin to curl up, turn the tortillas over to the other side. Fry until bubbles appear. Now carefully take the chapati by the edges with tongs, preferably wooden ones, so that the cake does not tear. Bring to the fire and hold the cake until brown spots appear. Brush with oil on one side.

Vegetables

Vegetables are a great addition to buckwheat and rice. They contain the full range of vitamins and minerals that a person needs to restore and maintain strength. In addition, vegetables whose skins have so many different colors will add brightness and appeal to the food. This increases appetite and serves important energy purposes: food should be beautiful, because the beauty on your table is one of the embodiments of universal beauty. Chopped, stewed, boiled and fried in different ways, vegetables make whole grain dishes more airy, more refined. You can eat fresh vegetables, good and salty.

Cabbage has always been a very common vegetable in Russia - primarily white cabbage. She, as well as red and colored, is a very nutritious product, which contains many vitamins, proteins and minerals. Cabbage makes great salads.

In Russia, a lot of dishes are prepared from cabbage and beets. It is not recommended to consume them in large quantities, but this is a good addition to the rice-based balanced diet.

cabbage for rice

2 parts cabbage and 1 part carrot, you can change the proportion to 1: 1.

Shred the cabbage, cut the carrots into strips. Mix vegetables. Now shake them with your hands properly so that the cabbage gives juice. Add salt, a little parsley, dill, celery. Pour the salad with vegetable oil.

Beets for rice

2-3 large red beets, 1-2 carrots.

Grate beets and carrots on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes. Beets should make up at least 60% of the dish. Put the mass in a pan, with well-heated 2 tbsp. spoons of unrefined sunflower oil. Salt lightly. Roast until done.

Pumpkin

Dishes made from pumpkin perfectly diversify the daily diet. Assimilated by the body quite easily, they bring warmth and increase blood flow to the abdominal cavity. Thus, a person receives a lot of energy, which is especially important in the winter season. If you can’t get used to the pumpkin flavor and aroma, then you can kill them with the addition of mint. In this case, steam the pumpkin, after sprinkling it with chopped mint leaves.

Pumpkin porridge

2 cups chopped pumpkin, 1 cup millet, 1 medium onion, vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon raspberry leaves. Pass the pumpkin pulp that separated along with the seeds through a meat grinder to get a homogeneous mixture.

Carefully sort and rinse the millet in warm water. Peel a medium onion and chop it very finely. Pour oil into the bottom of the pan, put a glass of pumpkin, level it. On a layer of pumpkin - millet, and then - the second glass of pumpkin, pureed pumpkin pulp, onion, raspberry leaves. Pour in salted hot water (3 fingers above the last layer). Don't stir. Bring everything to a boil and cook for 10 minutes over low heat - so that bubbles appear on the water, but it does not boil. Remove from heat, close the lid, wrap and leave to languish for half an hour. Before serving, turn the pan over so that the bottom layer of pumpkin is on top.

Pumpkin soup

Option 1. Pumpkin, 5 medium garlic cloves, 1 large carrot, 1 large onion, unrefined vegetable oil.

Chop the carrots, then sauté them over low heat with the addition of oil. Finely chop the onion, sauté until golden brown. Mix onions with carrots. Pour 0.5 liters of hot water, boil the broth. Peel the pumpkin from the peel and grains, cut into small cubes. Drop the cubes into boiling salted water, adding just enough pumpkin to barely cover the water. Cook until done. Once the pumpkin cubes start to lose their shape, add the mashed garlic. Cook for 5 more minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Cool and carefully mash the mass to a puree. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

Option 2. Pumpkin, 2 tbsp. tablespoons minced meat (beef) (its proportion can be reduced), 1 large onion, 1 large carrot, 1 cup chopped pumpkin, unrefined vegetable oil.

Minced meat should be very tender, well chopped. It should be mixed with a small amount of cold water to make a liquid puree-like mass. Add finely chopped onions and chopped carrots there, pour in a little vegetable oil. Leave everything in the refrigerator for an hour. After that, pour the mixture with hot salted water (about 1 liter). Mix thoroughly. Add a glass of chopped pumpkin. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. The soup is served hot. You can add parsley.

pumpkin pudding

2 cups minced pumpkin, 3 tbsp. spoons of semolina, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. spoons of raisins. Salt is added to taste.

Clean the pumpkin from the peel and seeds. Pass through a meat grinder to get a homogeneous mass. Also chop the raisins, add it to the pumpkin. Mix everything thoroughly. Add eggs and unbleached semolina. Salt. Stir the mass, whisking it a little, until it becomes homogeneous. Pour the mixture into a dry mold. Place the mold on a stand in a large saucepan filled with some hot water. Close the pan with a lid, bring water to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove the dish from the mold, serve.

pumpkin dessert

1 cup chopped pumpkin, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of raisins, 1 teaspoon of finely grated raw beets, 1 carrot, 1 apple, raspberry leaves.

Peel the pumpkin, chop the pulp. Peel the apples and chop them too. Toss quickly with the pumpkin to prevent the apples from browning. Peel the beets and carrots. Grate these vegetables on a coarse grater. Mix everything, add raisins. Place washed raspberry leaves on the bottom of the salad bowl (dry leaves should be steamed), and on top - the resulting mass.

Pumpkin seeds

There is another “dish” of pumpkin that many people like. These are pumpkin seeds that have amazing health benefits.

Seeds can simply be washed, dried, then doused with lightly salted water and warmed well. You can fry them in a frying pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. This simple dish not only gives the body a lot of energy, but also delicious.

Sometimes people believe that macrobiotics is limited to a set of certain recipes and are afraid of culinary monotony. In vain. Your imagination is limitless. Guided by the principles of rational nutrition, you can invent a variety of dishes yourself. The scope for experimentation is endless.

Diet with low tone, bad mood

Bad mood is often accompanied by low vitality. A person turns out to be pliable to stress, things begin to go wrong. Here it is important to constantly remember the ability given to us to find inner energy. Engage in oriental practices that allow you to find peace. Switch to a different diet.

A sample weekly diet is shown below. Stick to it at least once a month and you will be able to find the missing resources. Alternate this selection of dishes with a softer menu. Don't force yourself to eat. Goodwill is an indispensable condition for change for the better.

When cooked, take out, drain the water. Mix pumpkin and beans, add vegetable oil and serve.

Diet with increased irritability

Irritability, excessive excitability are the causes of many diseases. These not the most pleasant emotional states lead to rapid aging of the body. It is no coincidence that psychologists even have a special term that denotes a very unimportant state of a person - “burnout”. The more irritated we are, the faster we get tired, tired, and regretfully feel that our strength is leaving us. In order to “not add fuel to the fire”, try to exclude all fatty foods at such difficult moments, completely give up any meat, do not use any spices. But seaweed dishes should be eaten every day.

Seaweed contains large amounts of iodine, magnesium and potassium. Brown (kelp) and red algae contain tens and even hundreds of times more of these elements than, for example, beets. Brown algae (nori) rivals carrots in terms of vitamin A content and many other vegetables in terms of phosphorus. Black and blue algae (haijiki) are much richer in calcium than milk.

Seaweed creates an alkaline environment in the body, reduces fat stores, and protects the heart muscle. Therefore, algae are called a means of longevity.

Few types of seaweed are sold in Russia. They are called "seaweed". For many people, this product is associated with the times of shortages and empty shelves of the late 1980s and early 1990s. But, really, it is worth overcoming your prejudices in order to fully experience the usefulness of seaweed. As a first step towards “reconciliation”, here are some recipes for delicious macrobiotic algae dishes.

Porridge with seaweed

200 g soaked seaweed, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sesame oil (can be replaced with rice or sunflower), 21/2 cups of rice.

Rinse the rice and let it stand in water for 1.5–2 hours. Soak the seaweed and cut into pieces, put in a pan and fry in oil. Then add 1 1/2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Pour the broth into a saucepan. Pour rice into it and cook until it boils. Salt. Serve on the table.

seaweed salad

100-150 g pickled seaweed, 2-3 carrots, 1-2 apples, vegetable oil, salt and herbs.

Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Cut apples into thin slices. Mix carrots and apples with pickled cabbage, salt, season with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley when serving.

Casserole with seaweed

100-150 g frozen or dried seaweed. If you use dried, then pre-soak it for 10 hours in proportion with water 1: 7. Drain the water, pour cold water again, bring to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes. When the cabbage is ready, drain it in a colander. Cut into strips.

Chop 300 g white cabbage. Boil for 10 minutes. Mix with seaweed, putting in a saucepan. Add a quarter cup of semolina, mix everything thoroughly. Boil over low heat for 20 minutes. Cool the mass, put it in a pan with vegetable oil. Bake in the oven until done. Cool the resulting mass to 40-50 °, add a raw egg to it, mix and put in an even layer in a frying pan, greased and sprinkled with grated breadcrumbs. Sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with butter and bake in the oven. Cut the finished casserole into portioned pieces and pour over the sour cream.

An approximate weekly diet for increased excitability looks like this:

You can supplement the diet with rice dishes or buckwheat. It is permissible to replace individual dishes with vegetable soups.

Diet in case of unjustified anxiety

Anxiety, like irritability, destroys the balance of power in the body. It is dangerous because a person gradually finds himself in his power. He begins to worry about various little things that at other times he would simply not notice. Meanwhile, the phenomenon of people living in Asia is known: they are characterized by a special equanimity, steadfastness and calmness. The presence of a large number of centenarians in India, China and Japan is associated with the peculiarities of the national character and organization of nervous activity. This, in turn, is explained, among other things, by the originality of traditional cuisine.

Macrobiotic nutrition allows you to gain self-confidence and overcome confusion and anxiety wherever you live. The main assistant in this case remains grain - be it rice, pearl barley, millet or buckwheat. The best is rice. Another important component of the diet in this case will be beans and soy.

Why this particular set of products?

In rice, for example, a lot of lecithin, which activates brain activity. Rice grains also contain a special saccharide that restores bowel function. There is also a substance in rice that allows you to cleanse blood vessels and prevent an increase in blood pressure. All together significantly enhances the strength of the body.

Soybeans are one-third protein, making them an excellent meat substitute. The elements contained in them, by analogy with female hormones, increase bone mass and slow down cell aging.

Legumes are the most important source of protein and carbohydrates, and are easier for the human body to digest than any other product. In addition, beans (especially sprouted ones) contain a number of vitamins and minerals. In China, they eat cottage cheese made from pressed soybeans - tofu. It can also be bought in Russia. Check out some tofu recipes.

Salad with tofu

100 g tofu, the same amount of boiled soybeans, 2 medium onions, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil (preferably sesame). Salt to taste.

Cut the tofu into pieces. Chop the onion. Puree the soybeans. To do this, rinse and soak them in water for 12 hours. Drain the water, pour in a new one, salt and cook for 3-4 hours over low heat. Pass the boiled beans through a meat grinder. Mix all salad ingredients well, adding vegetable oil, and serve cold.

Cutlets with tofu

Option 1.200 gsoya beans, 150 g tofu, 1 egg, vegetable oil for frying.

Soak the beans for a few hours, then boil them until tender. Cool and mince with tofu. Add egg, salt. Mix well. Make cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides.

Option 2.3 beets, 200 g tofu, 5 tbsp. spoons of semolina, 3 tbsp. spoons of soy flour, 3 tbsp. spoons of soy milk.

Boil the beets, peel, pass through a meat grinder. Add milk and heat well. Add semolina. Simmer until the cereal is cooked. Cool the mixture. In still warm beets with semolina, add mashed tofu and soy flour. Salt. Mix everything thoroughly and knead the dough. Make cutlets and fry on both sides.

Bean garnish

400 g beans.

Rinse and soak them to make them slightly swollen. Slice the beans. Pour vegetable oil into the pan so as to cover the bottom, pour in the beans and, stirring, fry for 1-2 minutes over low heat. Pour in a third of a glass of water, salt, close the lid. Extinguish 3 min. Open the pot and simmer the beans for another 5 minutes, stirring.

Lentils

1 cup lentils, white cabbage, 2 carrots, 1 onion.

Finely chop the onion and lightly fry. Grate carrots. Add it to the onion and add some water. Simmer over low heat until the water has evaporated. Rinse the lentils and cook in proportion with water 1: 3 so that the liquid evaporates completely and the lentils swell. Salt. Shred the cabbage. Its quantity is determined by taste and can be 2 times more than lentils (if you don’t like cabbage, you can exclude it altogether). Once the lentils are ready, add the onions, carrots and cabbage to it. Simmer everything together until done.

In fact, macrobiotic cuisine is not at all as harsh as it might seem at first. Let your imagination run wild, experiment, and you will love what you cook with love and interest.

And here is another weekly diet. It can be alternated with other options so that the effect of the energy coming from outside is the greatest. You can stick to this regime for one week a month, then be more free to choose dishes.

Additions to dishes: seasonings, spices, salt

Spices and spices have a long history. Each of them is associated with the magical ideas of different peoples. In addition, spices have long been used as natural killers of bacteria and pathogens, which are very common in hot climates.

A balanced diet means that you stop overdoing many of the exotic spices that come from far away from where you live. The consumption of black pepper and bay leaf, so beloved by many, will also have to be significantly reduced. The same can be said about vinegar (especially wine), margarine and mayonnaise, so revered in Russia.

Onion, parsley, celery, natural mustard, horseradish, garlic in moderation, natural soy sauce and natural mustard are suitable for regular use.

Russia has its own wonderful spices. Here the macrobiotic taste is created by many plants. For example, cherry and black currant leaves are added to pickles. Oregano and other herbs are actively used. This contributes to the additional maintenance of the balance of yin-yang in food.

Which salt should be preferred? Sometimes housewives buy small, refined, iodized salt in stores, which is advertised as healthy. However, a dish with such salt has a “chemical” aftertaste. If you make pickles, then know that such salt is absolutely excluded. The technology of its processing makes this product unsuitable for a healthy diet. It is better to use unrefined salt, which contains more "information" about natural processes, which it will share with your cells.

Sea salt gives special quality to food, which, in addition, has a significant therapeutic effect, strengthening the body's defenses. It is obtained from sea water, evaporating in the sun. It contains more trace elements. However, it must be remembered that sea salt should be combined with crushed, toasted sesame seeds to soften excessive salinity in a ratio of 1: 10. The seeds are roasted, ground in a mortar or coffee grinder and mixed with ground sea salt.

It is known that in cooking it is important to take into account the balance of taste created by the combination of salt and sweeteners. We are talking about natural products that contain sugar. As you remember, their consumption should be kept to a minimum. You can occasionally use only dried fruits (from fruits that grow in temperate climates), raisins, fresh fruits - in their natural form or quickly cooked. It is also not forbidden to eat almonds, peanuts and sunflower seeds from time to time.

It has become customary to use refined vegetable oils. However, sometimes the very process of processing such a product involves the addition of a special antioxidant, not to mention the regulation of all other indicators of natural oil. Therefore, its value from the point of view of recovery processes in the body is not so high.

Unrefined vegetable oil is better absorbed by the body. It promotes the healing of cells and capillaries. In addition, it provides the necessary amount of fat, the lack of which threatens to reduce stress resistance, which undermines the protective functions of the body. At least 1 teaspoon of oil should be consumed per day. Most suitable sesame and sunflower. You can use rice, soy, corn and olive oil.

Drinks and tea

Of the drinks that we have become accustomed to over the past decades, almost nothing is suitable for macrobiotic nutrition. First of all, you should give up coffee, especially instant coffee, carbonated drinks with sweeteners and preservatives. Even black tea, which has become the national Russian drink, should not be consumed constantly. In macrobiotics, preference is given to herbal infusions.

rice tea

Fry brown rice until brown. Add water in proportion to rice 10: 1. Boil. Lightly salt. Cool down a bit and drink.

Grind in a mortar or coffee grinder. One tablespoon of the mixture pour 0.5 liters of warm water. Bring to a boil, boil for 10 minutes. Strain. Cool down.

Drink with soy and sesame

The mixture is prepared as in the recipe described above. Only in this case, glutinous rice grains, oats, soybeans and sesame seeds are roasted. Then everything gets scrambled. For one and a half tablespoons of the mixture, you need 0.5 liters of warm water. Pour, boil, cool.

mint drink

Take 100 g of mint leaves in 0.5 liters of water. Pour, boil. Add some salt. Drink a quarter cup before breakfast.

radish drink

Pour two tablespoons of grated white radish into 750 ml of hot water. Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce and a teaspoon of grated ginger. You can drink with a cold.

The rice is actually cooked, turning into a jelly-like mass. Strain it by squeezing. Rice can be eaten, and the drink is useful as an evening soothing tea.

vitamin teas

All the teas below are strengthening.

Mix rose hips (100 g) with sea buckthorn cake (100 g), add hawthorn fruits (20 g); Pour 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture with a glass of water, bring to a boil. Let it brew in a porcelain teapot for an hour. This drink stimulates the activity of the cardiovascular system.

For 0.5 liters of water - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of a mixture of dried rose hips, blueberries, bird cherry, nettle leaves in a ratio of 3: 2: 1: 3, respectively. Boil for 10 minutes, pour into a thermos and let it brew for 2 hours. The collection, among other things, has a fixing effect, so drink with caution if you have constipation (half a glass warm).

There are as many macrobiotic drinks as there are options for the diet you choose. If you're on a more rigid schedule, then minimize any sugary fruit supplements. Otherwise, they will serve as an excellent addition to the main courses of macrobiotic cuisine.

The macrobiotic diet is a diet based on Eastern and Buddhist traditions. Its goal is not to lose weight. It is more aimed at acquiring spiritual peace and normalizing the psychological state of a person so that he can establish a connection with the outside world.

However, today this diet is used by many just because they want to regain their weight back, while not delving into the “nature” of this diet at all.

The Essence of the Macrobiotic Diet

This diet carries two energies - Yin and Yang. By creating a balance of these energies, one can achieve spiritual balance and health promotion.

All consumed products are conditionally divided into these two energies. Among them are allowed to use:

  • only natural products, which include fish and fish products, meat, vegetables and fruits, legumes, nuts and algae (they, by the way, should be consumed the most, as they are the most useful);
  • whole grains, including rice, barley, rye, buckwheat and millet;
  • any drinks without sugar content, alcohol, cocoa, coffee are excluded;
  • greens: parsley, lettuce, green onions.

At the same time, fatty foods are completely excluded, which were fried during cooking with the addition of oil, sugar, various spices, spicy dishes, as well as tropical fruits.

Under the ban, even some types of vegetables, namely zucchini, tomatoes and potatoes. Also, you can not eat milk with a high percentage of fat content and any canned food.

Diet Rules

The macrobiotic diet has its own rules, following which you can quickly and easily lose those extra pounds. This:

  • ban on overeating;
  • the need to eat only whole and natural foods;
  • The daily diet should consist of 50% whole grains, 20% vegetables, and the remaining 30% is divided between meat, fish and nuts.

At the same time, it is very important to observe the drinking regimen. Drink at least 2 liters of purified water per day. After all, water is life. It makes every cell of our body work, removing everything harmful from it and improving the functioning of all internal organs and systems. In addition, water, which leads to an acceleration of the process of losing weight.

Such nutrition in general has a beneficial effect on the state of the body. Already after a few days, the level of bad cholesterol in the blood begins to decrease, which leads to a decrease in the risk of developing various diseases of the cardiovascular system and the endocrine system.

The macrobiotic diet also has its downsides. Among them is an acute shortage. The thing is that during its maintenance, a lot is consumed in food, which contributes. But the problem is that when cleansing occurs for more than 2-3 days, useful substances begin to be excreted along with harmful substances. But deficiency can be easily avoided if you take pharmacy vitamins throughout the diet.

The macrobiotic diet menu is sparse and strict. For 7 days, you need to eat according to this scheme:

  • breakfast: porridge cooked in water from 3 tbsp. oatmeal and dried fruits, you can also eat a small toast of rye bread and drink a mug of green tea;
  • dinner: a portion of vegetable soup, boiled rice with fish or meat, be sure to have a handful of nuts;
  • afternoon tea: any fruit other than tropical;
  • dinner: buckwheat porridge and vegetable salad.

Don't forget to drink water between meals. It will improve the process of digestion and at the same time quench hunger.

The macrobiotic diet is ideal for people who lead. Not suitable for this type of diet. Since she has dietary restrictions, this can affect the functioning of the digestive tract. And if you have problems with it, then we recommend that you first visit a doctor and get approval from him before going on a diet.

Macrobiotic Diet Video

It is impossible to say unequivocally who was the first to practice the macrobiotic diet. It is only known that its roots are deepened in ancient Japan, and the main principles are built on the main ideas of such philosophical movements as Zen Buddhism, the works of Hippocrates and the Western European culture of vegetarian nutrition. The spread of this technique in the West was the Japanese American John Ozawa, who studied macrobiotics for 48 years before proposing his own theory of its use in nutrition.

The word "macrobiotics" in translation from ancient Greek means "long life" or "amazing life". Only from the name itself it immediately becomes clear that the nutrition system was developed not so much for weight loss, but to achieve complete harmony with oneself and the world around. This is not just another weight loss method, but a whole philosophy that hides more than a banal healthy meal.

For those who have decided to achieve final enlightenment, we must say right away that this diet is not a one-time diet. You can’t “jump” from it, because it is designed for a lifetime. Here is such a twist, but how did you want? Enlightenment doesn't come easy. After Ozawa published his Zen Macrobiotics, thousands of people began to follow specific dietary principles.

The essence of this system is to balance your diet. You don’t have to count calories and measure portions, but you just need to eat the same amount of foods that have Yin and Yang energy. In the modern interpretation, it will be two groups of products, one of them forms an acidic environment (contains potassium and phosphorus), and the second - alkaline (contains calcium and sodium). Yin energy, or the feminine principle, is an acidic environment, and Yang energy, or the masculine principle, is an alkaline environment.

Your task in the first stages will be to eat an equal amount of food with Yang energy and Yin energy. This will help to achieve the balance, both physical and spiritual, that will be needed to move to the higher levels of the macrobiotic diet.

  • ginseng;
  • chicory;
  • sage;
  • parsley;
  • horseradish;
  • carrot;
  • pumpkin;
  • eggs;
  • meat;
  • fish caviar.

Ozawa recommends that all of these foods be consumed in their natural form whenever possible, but if processing is still required, then you can boil, bake or stew food. The drinking regimen is also not quite usual in this system, you need to drink clean water without gas in small sips and only if you are thirsty.

Stages of the path to recovery and longevity

Ozawa argues that the main goal of the macrobiotic diet is a smooth and gradual transition to a diet that consists entirely of grains and water. According to the author, this food contains extremely useful components that are absorbed by the body in an environmentally friendly way. But due to the processing of proteins and fats, slags, toxins and other harmful substances accumulate in our body, which lead to the appearance of various diseases.

  • 1st stage

At this time, you will need to follow a certain proportion in taking different products. Exclude from the menu at this time will need:

  • alcohol;
  • sugar;
  • sweets;
  • fruits;
  • fat meat;
  • all products that contain chemicals.

The ratio of food will be as follows: cereals and cereals - 40%, fresh or minimally processed vegetables - 30%, lean meat (except chicken) or fish - 20%, any soups, except those that contain mushrooms - 10%. A person determines the duration of each stage for himself individually, based on his well-being, sensations and readiness to move on to the next changes in the diet.

  • 2nd stage

At this time, you will draw up a weekly menu based on the following proportion of allowed products: cereals - 50%, vegetables - 30%, fish and meat dishes - 10%, soups, also without mushrooms - 10%.

  • 3rd stage

At this stage, to achieve your highest goal, you will have to completely abandon animal products, fish and seafood, they are completely excluded from the diet. At the same time, the amount of cereals is increasing, they should be 60%, vegetables invariably make up 30% of the total menu, and soups - 10%.

  • 4th stage

At this time, you will need to "give" 10% of vegetables to the share of cereals. It turns out that cereals will take up 70% of the diet, fresh vegetables - 20%, and soups will remain in the same amount as they were - 10%.

  • 5th stage

At this time, you will have to further reduce the variety of the menu, excluding soups from it. All 10% that fell on these dishes go to cereals, now they will be 80% in the diet, the remaining 20% are vegetables.

  • 6th stage

We reduce the amount of vegetables consumed to 10%, we try to eat them raw, cereals make up 90% of the diet, they can be prepared in any way that is acceptable to you.

  • 7th stage

This period is final, we have reached full enlightenment and can freely eat only rice or buckwheat porridges and manage with a minimum amount of water, but at the same time feel cheerful and full of energy.

The macrobiotic diet is used to treat many diseases, including cancer. Ozawa himself promises that after switching to the “right” food, we will completely stop getting sick and will feel a special lightness in the body, there will be no desire and need to take any medications and even vitamin supplements.

Adapted Diet 7 to cleanse the body

Oriental teachings for a European person may seem rather complicated, it will not be very convenient to perceive them also for the reason that in our country there are practically no products that will be included in the diet at first, for example, fresh fish, algae. Especially for those who want to improve their health, a diet 7 was developed, which involves eating exclusively cereals from cereals, medicinal plants and grains for 10 days.

In addition, whole grains help normalize the intestinal microflora, since they contain a large amount of fiber. Coarse fibers cause a long-term feeling of fullness, they also act on the body, like a natural “brush”, as they absorb toxins and toxins, and then remove them naturally. The experience of losing weight using this method gives excellent results - you can lose from 5 to 14 kg of excess weight!

Despite the fact that excellent results and longevity await followers of macrobiotics, this diet must be taken very seriously. Compliance with the diet should be supported not only by the desire to lose weight, but also to completely change your lifestyle and outlook. You can try an experimental 10-day cereal diet to see if you can be comfortable with such severe deprivation.

The scientific term “macrobiotics” is translated from ancient Greek as “long life”. This explains the fact why the main purpose of the system is to achieve complete inner enlightenment, aimed at establishing harmonious relations between a person and the outside world. According to the ancient Eastern methodology, for this you need to balance your diet - eat foods endowed with Yin and Yang energy in equal proportions.

With a proper balance of two conditional groups of nutrients, you can noticeably improve your health, become vigorous, energetic, gain not only a strong body, but also become stronger in spirit. Adherents of this system are convinced that all diseases are the result of non-compliance with the balance of two energies in nutrition. They explain their beliefs by the fact that with excessive use of Yin-products with an acidic reaction, energy hunger develops, forcing the body to "eat" itself.

In other words, in conditions of protein deficiency, the body begins to use up not only fat deposits, but also muscles as energy sources. Such nutrition over time leads to a weakening of the body's defenses - it becomes susceptible to various infections, diseases of the musculoskeletal system develop. If a person eats mainly alkaline Yang products, which are characterized by a high content of proteins, the body does not receive other vital nutrients, and this is fraught with its own “bouquet” of diseases.

The combination of Yin and Yang energy in the diet

In ancient Eastern philosophy, Yin is feminine, and Yang is masculine. Foods with Yin energy have an acidic environment, potassium and phosphorus in their composition, and foods with Yang energy are alkaline in nature, include calcium and sodium. To achieve physical and spiritual balance, you need to eat foods that contain the energies of Yin and Yang in equal proportions. Pure Yin foods are sugar, fruits, berries, mushrooms, and dairy products. Pure Yang foods include hard cheeses, meat, and fish. The rest are neutral, and they should form the basis of the macrobiotic diet.

Macrobiotics - The Zen Diet for Longevity

George Ozawa became the founder of the modern theory of macrobiotic nutrition. This is not a nutritionist at all, but a Japanese philosopher who studied macrobiotics for almost half a century before he created his own nutrition system to achieve harmony with the world and himself. His scientific work entitled “Zen Macrobiotics” has become a real bible for those who have decided, through the correction of eating habits, to achieve a complete recovery of the body, focused on the cure of all diseases and longevity.

The original technique of George Ozawa to achieve maximum recovery involves the passage of seven stages, the last of which a person switches to eating exclusively cereals. According to the philosopher, cereal products are the most useful and easily digestible food for the human body.. The author strongly recommends considering macrobiotics not only as an effective way of body shaping, but also as a way of life that promotes complete physical and mental recovery.

In his teaching, Ozawa does not determine the duration of each of the stages, it is individual for each person and will depend on his willpower, state of health and emotional mood. The main thing during the observance of the system is not to skip any of the stages, to smoothly move from one step to another. Briefly about each of the stages of Ozawa's Zen diet can be found in the table:

Diet stage

The amount of cereals in the diet

The amount of vegetables in the diet

The amount of legumes in the diet

The amount of lean meat in the diet

Notes

Vegetables can be eaten raw and steamed, but not in the form of salads.

The meat must be dietary white (chicken, rabbit, turkey, fish)

Fourth

At any stage, mushrooms can be added to soups and cereals

Any soups are completely excluded from the macrobiotic diet at this stage.

The amount of vegetables consumed is reduced to a minimum

You need to eat exclusively cereals, and in boiled, raw or fried form, but without any chemical processing or grinding

Rules and principles of diet

The macrobiotic nutrition system according to George Ozawa has its own rules that you need to follow if you decide to switch to such a diet in order to lose weight or improve the overall health of the body:

  • Only natural products can be eaten, ideally grown in environmentally friendly conditions near the place of residence.
  • The basis of the diet should be cereal products (brown rice, buckwheat, barley, oats, rye, corn, millet).
  • Fish, lean meats, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts and, of course, algae will be an addition to cereals, because they are rich in various vitamins and microelements, therefore they are very useful for the body.
  • While following the macrobiotic diet, you can drink unsweetened drinks (mineral water without gas, green and herbal tea, compotes). Alcohol, coffee and cocoa will have to be completely abandoned.
  • Fruits should be kept to a minimum as they contain a lot of sugar. It is better if it is fresh seasonal fruits or dried fruits. Fruit juices and tropical fruits (including bananas, kiwi, citrus fruits) are prohibited under the rules of macrobiotics.
  • You should also completely exclude sugar in all its manifestations from the menu - these are artificial sweets, pastries, soda, white bread, pasta, etc.
  • To improve the taste of dietary dishes, you can flavor them with sea salt and natural spices, but it is better to minimize their amount. It is allowed to season food with unrefined sesame oil.
  • Greens (dill, parsley, lettuce, celery stalks, green onions) are allowed in unlimited quantities.
  • When observing macrobiotic nutrition, the method of cooking is of great importance: foods can be boiled, stewed, baked, steamed. Frying is strictly prohibited.
  • You can’t eat fatty, spicy, smoked foods on such a diet. The taboo also applies to dairy products with a high percentage of fat, semi-finished products, canned food, food containing artificial flavors, dyes, flavors, preservatives.
  • Prohibited foods for macrobiotics include some vegetables: potatoes, tomatoes, zucchini.

List of Yin Foods

According to Eastern macrobiotic philosophy, all products are divided into two conditional groups. Yin foods include:

  • lemon;
  • sugar;
  • vinegar;
  • mustard;
  • sour cream;
  • margarine;
  • curdled milk;
  • cucumbers;
  • beans;
  • potato;
  • eggplant;
  • mushrooms.

Foods with yang energy

  • horseradish;
  • parsley;
  • carrot;
  • ginseng;
  • chicory;
  • sage;
  • eggs;
  • meat;
  • fish and fish caviar;
  • pumpkin.

Menu for the week

The modern macrobiotic diet, which is used for weight loss, is designed for a week. In 7 days, you can lose weight by 5-6 kg, if you strictly follow the recommendations and follow the diet. Meals should be four times a day, in between meals you can use an unlimited amount of clean non-carbonated drinking water. A sample menu for one day with such a food system might look like this:

  • for breakfast: oatmeal with dried fruits on the water (150 g) + toast with natural honey from rye bread + herbal tea;
  • for lunch: 200 ml of vegetable broth + 100 g of boiled rice and 150 g of vegetable salad or a piece of boiled fish with a side dish of vegetables;
  • for an afternoon snack: one seasonal fruit or half a glass of berries;
  • for dinner: 150 g of boiled buckwheat + 100 g of cabbage and cucumber salad.

Michio Kushi's Macrobiotic Nutrition System

Another effective diet for weight loss, based on the teachings of macrobiotic nutrition, was developed by Japanese nutritionist Michio Kushi. The essence of the technique remains the same, but the main distinguishing feature of this weekly diet from other similar food systems is that the products are steamed exclusively on it. The diet involves a complete rejection of meat, eating mainly plant foods, although a small amount of fish and seafood is allowed in the diet. In a week, you can get rid of 5 extra pounds. The percentage of products in the diet:

  • whole grains - 50%;
  • seafood and legumes - 10%;
  • vegetables and root crops - 30%;
  • liquid - 10%.

A weekly menu for Michio Kushi's macrobiotic diet might look like this:

Diet 7 "Healing Experience"

There is a variation of the Japanese macrobiotic technique, adapted to the European lifestyle, because in Europe there is little fresh fish and no abundance of algae. The diet is designed for 7-10 days and is focused on the complete cleansing of the body, which entails the healing of all diseases. The dietary diet with this diet includes only cereals. For the course you can lose from 5 to 10 kg.

Macrobiotic cuisine with such a diet is not very diverse - you will have to eat the same thing all the time, unless you can alternate cereals. Sample menu for every day:

  • breakfast: a portion of boiled buckwheat (200);
  • lunch: 200 g of boiled rice;
  • dinner: corn porridge on the water (200 g).

  1. There is only when the physical feeling of hunger comes (and not emotional).
  2. Never snack, eat strictly according to the regimen.
  3. Completely exclude alcohol, coffee, salt, sugar, spices, dairy products, tomatoes from the diet.
  4. Make a daily menu based on the following proportions: 50% - cereals, 25% - vegetables, 10% - protein products, 5% - soups, 5% - seafood, 5% - fruits and nuts.

The effectiveness of the macrobiotic diet

The weight loss technique, based on the ancient Eastern teachings about macrobiotics, is highly effective, because each of the diet variations helps to reduce weight by 5 or even more kilograms in a week. In addition, macrobiotic nutrition has a positive effect on health: it cleanses the intestines of toxins and toxins, helps strengthen the body's defenses, reduces the level of bad cholesterol in the blood, and is an excellent prevention of malignant neoplasms.

It is necessary to leave such a nutrition system very carefully so as not to harm the body. During the diet, he weaned from some products, so the diet should be expanded gradually. Every day you need to add more and more vegetables, fruits, protein foods to the menu, while reducing the percentage of cereals. You can practice macrobiotic nutrition for weight loss no more than 3-4 times a year, taking breaks between courses lasting several months.

Advantages and disadvantages

The macrobiotic diet, in comparison with other methods of weight loss, has several advantages. They mainly consist in the beneficial effect of the nutrition system on the body, because macrobiotic nutrition:

  • normalizes the work of the digestive system due to the content of the main products of fiber in large quantities;
  • due to the low fat content, it positively affects the regulation of the level of female sex hormones, prevents cancer;
  • helps to reduce bad cholesterol in the blood, strengthens the heart and blood vessels;
  • helps to get rid of allergies, effectively cleanses the liver;
  • strengthens the immune system, heals the body.

Although this system is considered very beneficial for health, it also has some disadvantages, because in certain cases it can harm the body:

  • such a strong restriction of the diet for a long period leads to a deficiency of vital trace elements and vitamins, due to which various diseases develop, growth may even stop or psychomotor development is disturbed;
  • due to the use of a large amount of fiber in the diet, beneficial microorganisms are also excreted from the body along with pathogenic microflora;
  • macrobiotic nutrition system due to low calorie content and poverty of the diet is not suitable for people who are actively involved in sports.

Contraindications

Diets based on teachings about macrobiotics, due to the scarcity and imbalance of the diet, are contraindicated for some categories of people, therefore, they require consultation with a doctor. Macrobiotic nutrition for weight loss or healing of the body cannot be practiced:

  • women during pregnancy, lactation;
  • minors, elderly people;
  • sick with anemia;
  • persons with gluten intolerance;
  • during an exacerbation of chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, because coarse cereal food will greatly irritate the inflamed mucosa;
  • in the presence of diabetes mellitus or serious problems with the cardiovascular system due to insufficient liquid in the menu.

50% of products - from thermally processed whole grains of brown rice, wheat, barley, millet, buckwheat, millet;
25% - from vegetables grown in the area;
15% from beans and seaweed (kelp and spirulina);
the remaining 10% are fish, soups, condiments, fruits, seeds and nuts.

The first month, be sure to drink a decoction of oats. It is prepared as follows: 1 glass of oats + 1 liter of water, boil for 1 hour. There remains 750 ml of liquid, which should be taken. For the first month, worms, protozoa and fungi die in the patient's body. This protein material is toxic to us. The decoction of oats contains amino acids that bind poisons and remove them.
In addition, a decoction of oats contains the entire complex of B vitamins, but it is not in droppers, and you have to pay for it separately. A decoction of oats removes poisons and allows the body to recover quickly.

Basic macrobiotic diet

Morning. 200 ml vegetable juice from 4-5 types of vegetables and 1-2 green sour apples or a salad of five vegetables and plants (lettuce, cucumber, dill, parsley, pepper, radish, turnip, tomatoes, etc.). A handful of nuts. Porridge.
Dinner. Pea soup or pickle (or borsch, or bean soup), stewed vegetables, porridge, fish.
Evening. 200 ml of vegetable juice (50 ml of carrot, 50 ml of beetroot and any others) or porridge with pumpkin, nuts or porridge and fish. Citrus fruits 1-2 per day if there are no metastases. Herbs, tinctures and tea are drunk before meals or not earlier than an hour after it.
Vegetable juices are prepared in the form of a mixture of juice from 4-5 types of vegetables. The amount of carrot juice should not exceed 50 grams per day.
All of the above products should be on your table daily. After 20 days, everyone adapts to them.
Problems with sweets in women disappear 1-2 weeks after the start of eating cereals.
The complex carbohydrates that make up the grains bring the liver to a qualitatively new level of nutrition for uninjured patients with tumors no larger than 20 mm. For their destruction, this nutrition and treatment regimens, which will be given below, are enough.
At the slightest suspicion of metastasis, fruits and sweets are immediately excluded from the diet. Only half a lemon and the juice of sour green apples are allowed, as they stimulate the secretion of bile and the cleansing of liver cells.

Check out the lemon juice!

It is he who removes the blockade of the liver from the metabolic products of a fungal tumor, removes aflatoxins. Non-cancer patients, even severe patients, drink the juice of two lemons and an orange. In people who smoke, it causes sweating, sputum discharge and depression. In such cases, you need to take a break and do not drink lemon juice.

So, food without meat, eggs, fats, dairy products, sugar and refined flour products.
Attention!!! In the absence of meat, as the main supplier of vitamin B12, be sure to eat a handful of nuts every day (any, except for cashews). In the first month, it is undesirable to eat peanuts. All types of nuts can be bought in the market, while almonds and pine nuts can be bought in supermarkets.
No canned food and smoked meats! Anything for long-term storage is not for you.
Only raw-pressed vegetable oil - sunflower, linseed, olive, nut, cotton (18). Refined oil only for frying fish, vegetable and fish cutlets, as well as peas. You can fry fish, but only in a large amount of oil.
The daily menu should include beans or beans. In this case, there is one caveat: soak beans and beans overnight. Cook borscht, vinaigrettes with beans.
Many beans will not like it, especially daily. Get used to it.
From drinks - green tea, dried fruits, tea from raspberry leaves, black currant, but not in bags. Leaves are sold in the market and in the pharmacy. Pharmaceutical leaves of raspberries and currants, by the way, are of high quality, and you need to drink them daily, because. they are antiviral.
Potatoes - once or twice a week, and only in the form of vegetable stew
Fish only with white meat - pike perch, pelengas, halibut, flounder, hake, etc. Just not salmon! Shrimps, fish sticks (fresh, but not burgers!), sea cocktails (sold in supermarkets), and I repeat once again - nuts are allowed.
Dried fruit compotes - without sugar.
Raisins and dried apricots - with porridge and pumpkin.
Vegetable stew.
Wholemeal noodles.
Unpolished rice (sold in supermarkets).
Cereals.
Vegetable salads daily before meals.
Salt - only a mixture of sea and stone (sea is sold in pharmacies), salt food with the same mixture.
Add onions, carrots, garlic to porridge.
Apply vegetable seasonings.
On the table every day - pickle, sauerkraut, radish, salted cucumbers and tomatoes.
Mustard and white vinegar are prohibited.
You can and sometimes need apple cider vinegar without honey, wine, grape (in supermarkets).
In a pharmacy, buy spirulina tablets (4-6 tablets per day, especially when it comes to inflammatory processes). Also, buy kelp at the pharmacy (use 1-2 tsp per day with juices, cereals or with water). You will read all the contraindications to kelp on the packs yourself.
Bread preferably malt or wholemeal bread with bran. If not, then only rye.

Now the treatment itself. Start.

Scheme No. 1 for the destruction and removal of mature helminths

Dine on rice porridge with raisins or honey. Go to bed before 12:00. At 2.00 am, get up, brew 100 ml of green tea (0.5 tsp of tea in half a glass of boiling water, leave for 6 minutes). Add 4 dec. l. sugar and 5 tbsp. cognac. Mix and drink. After 20 minutes, drink 60 ml of warm castor oil (for children, take 1 ml of brandy 1 ml of castor oil per 1 kg of weight). Go to bed. In the morning you go to the toilet two or three times. Place a colander in the toilet sink and make sure the worms are flushed out. The next day, after three nights of taking brandy and castor oil, take a break. While taking the mixture, do not put an enema, drink a decoction of oats and be sure to juice.

Make a scheme only with enemas, taking a decoction of oats, taking vegetable juices. Take 4 drugs according to the scheme in one day. Protein food is prohibited! Dairy included!
1) 14 days in the morning on an empty stomach, take a nut tincture 2 tsp. for 50 ml of water
2) 14 days, take three times a day 15 minutes before meals, 1 tsp. pumpkin oil. The drug "Pumpkin Seed Oil" buy only in a pharmacy!
3) 14 days to take ground cloves.
The first three days in piles the size of a large pea, then every four days to double the dose (only two doses are possible).
Complications are possible due to the death of flatworms-flukes in the liver.
The liver is enlarged, but it is not advisable to stop taking the drugs. Then comes the discharge of black mucus, similar to blood, through the intestines or through the mouth (the so-called "black vomit"). Vomiting is possible throughout the night until morning. After that, within a year, the liver restores its functions.
4) 14 days an hour after lunch and dinner, take the plant "wormwood".

The first three days, brew 1 tbsp. l. wormwood in 250 ml of water, boil for 15 minutes and take wormwood as a warm infusion. Drink honey water.

Liver cleanse (or tubage)

During the tubage, still living worms are discharged, liver worms and cholesterol crumbs of black or white color are worked off. Such patients have generalized helminthic and fungal lesions of the lymphatic system of the lungs and liver. The amount of small crumbs or “seeds” of black-green color that comes out can be huge, especially with long-term chronic liver diseases. After the release of the liver ducts in patients, subject to the morning intake of vegetable juices, oil-like "tongues" of black bile come out with feces. And for a long time.
In the evening, brew 5 tablespoons in a thermos. rosehip berries 0.5 l of boiling water. In the morning, pour a very hot rosehip infusion into a glass, stir with 2-3 tbsp. sorbitol and drink in one gulp.
Then move all the time and stay on your feet.
Exactly 20 minutes later, drink the remaining in the thermos infusion of wild rose (without sorbitol).
After 45 minutes, breakfast: better juicy fruits or vegetable salad, nuts, as well as an infusion of raspberry leaves, currants, rose hips. You can eat a piece of dried bread.

Between each intake of liquid and food, you should actively move (while being closer to the toilet!).
Repeat this three times in two days on the third (for example, Friday, Monday, Thursday). You can perform such a cleansing of the liver once every two months. At the same time, the lymph nodes of the liver are cleansed, which positively affects the state of the whole organism.
Now - attention! During the tubage, it is desirable to achieve a result. For some, during the first tubage, the release from the gallbladder does not occur. Weak contractions of the gallbladder do not push through the clogged ducts and therefore cause nausea. Over time, the ducts will definitely free up. With prolonged nausea, you can induce vomiting by pressing your fingers on the root of the tongue.
Do everything exactly according to the tubage scheme. At the same time, pour sorbitol with a very hot infusion of wild rose (infusion after 20 minutes - also hot). Then everything will work without problems.
Tumors of the mammary glands are the most harmless, but difficult, difficult and long to be treated.
A strong infusion of wild rose and sorbitol (sweet-tasting alcohol), leaving the stomach, irritates the nerve of the papilla of Vater, which causes contractions of the gallbladder with a force of 4 atm. The bile ducts and gallbladder are also cleansed. If there are stones up to 2 cm, do not worry. They don't cause trouble. A black-green or gray-white crumb is always dumped into the toilet with a successful tube. Such a discharge of black-green crumbs can also occur when taking cognac and castor oil, if your ducts are not very clogged and you are young. After the tubage, the patient should be relaxed 1-2 times.

Scheme No. 3 (after triple tubage) Take 22-25 days.

Put 3-4 months in courses for 5 days in a row for 3-4 hours compresses from a solution of copper sulfate on the appendages and uterus. If there is itching and tingling in other places, then put compresses in other places.
With the appearance of weakness, reduce the dose of infusion by 2 times. Break - 10-12 days, drink an infusion of needles for half a glass and individually selected doses.

Carefully take ASD-2F for gastritis with zero acidity and hyperfunction of the thyroid gland (if weakness appears, immediately stop taking it for 7 days).
In case of very severe pathologies of the ovaries, I advise you to precede these schemes with 3-4 courses of taking creolin and befungin.
Copper sulphate compresses should be started from the moment of taking creolin. Creolin more than 14 drops do not drink!
The daily dose of carrot juice should not exceed 70 ml.
