Ingredients:

  • Chinese cabbage – 400 g;
  • Chicken fillet – 200 g;
  • Canned pineapples – 1 can;
  • Onions – 1 pc.;
  • Salt;

Preparation:

Boil a medium chicken fillet, cool and cut into cubes. We take twice as much Chinese cabbage, chop it and mix it with the chicken. There we also put a finely chopped medium onion and a can of canned pineapples (pre-drain the syrup from the pineapples). Mix all the ingredients and season the salad with mayonnaise and salt to taste.

  • Chinese cabbage – 800 g;
  • Chicken fillet – 400 g;
  • Canned corn – 1 can;

Preparation:

First, cook the chicken fillet in salted water. A head of Chinese cabbage, wash, dry and finely chop. Cut the cooled boiled chicken into cubes and cut the onions into half rings. Note:

If you are preparing this salad with boiled chicken breasts, then let it brew. Then the breast will be soaked in mayonnaise and onion juice and will not be dry.

  • Chicken breasts – 2 pcs.;
  • Chinese cabbage – 1 small head;
  • Fresh tomato – 1 pc.;

Preparation:

Agree that chicken meat can safely be classified as a dietary product, and there’s nothing to say about cabbage: it’s the most suitable food for those losing weight. And the absence of a fatty mayonnaise dressing in the salad makes it an exclusively dietary dish.

  • Chicken meat – 300 g;
  • Chinese cabbage – 1 head;
  • Bell pepper – 1 pc.;
  • Fresh tomato – 1 pc.;

Preparation:

Boil the chicken meat in salted water, cool it and split it into fibers. Wash the cabbage, dry and chop it, finely chop the onion. Wash and cut the fresh red tomato and sweet bell pepper into thin slices, and divide the cheese into pieces. Mix all the ingredients and place in a salad bowl. If desired, add greens to the salad (preferably cilantro).

Preparation:

Boil in salted water, cool and cut the chicken into cubes. Shred the washed cabbage. Wash the carrots, peel them and grate them on a coarse grater. Instead of canned beans, you can use boiled ones. And put white beans in this salad, because red beans will turn the chicken and mayonnaise an unsightly brownish-brown color.

Salad with Chinese cabbage and chicken recipe:

  1. Do the chicken first, as it takes the most time to cook. Wash it and clean it of films and veins. Using a sharp knife, cut off the skin, if any.
  2. Wash the meat again and season with pepper and salt on all sides.
  3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until fully cooked. This is ~20 minutes. If you keep it longer, it will lose all the juice and become dry.
  4. Remove the finished meat and cool. Cut into slices.
  5. Wipe the pan with napkins, reheat it and place the bacon in it. There is no need to add oil to it, since during the frying process it will release fat, on which it will brown.
  6. Fry the bacon until crispy.
  7. Boil quail eggs until fully cooked. That is about four minutes. Since eggs are half the size of chicken eggs, it takes less time to boil them until the yolk becomes firm.
  8. Cool the finished eggs, peel and cut into quarters.
  9. Grate the cheese on a slice grater.
  10. Wash the cabbage leaves, dry and tear into small pieces.
  11. Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut them into quarters.
  12. Mix lettuce leaves with sauce.
  13. Add tomatoes, chicken, lettuce and eggs.
  14. Sprinkle the salad with breadcrumbs and place bacon slices on top.
  15. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, garnish with cheese and serve!

For the sauce you need:

  • 1 egg at room temperature;
  • 3 ml mustard;
  • 5 ml lemon juice;
  • 20 ml olive oil;
  • 40 ml sunflower oil;
  • 4 anchovy fillets;
  • 5 drops of balsam.

How to cook:

  1. Boil water in a saucepan. As soon as the water boils, lower the egg and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove the egg and place in a bowl. Add mustard, juice and beat with a blender.
  3. Add both oils, whisking continuously. Achieve a thick consistency.
  4. Wash and dry the fish fillet. Finely chop and add to the sauce. Beat into a homogeneous mass.
  5. Add balsamic and whisk again. If necessary, add salt and pepper.

Chinese cabbage and chicken salad

  1. Wash the chicken and cut into small cubes.
  2. Wash the cabbage leaves and chop into strips.
  3. Wash the arugula.
  4. Wash and dry the zucchini. At the same time, heat a frying pan with half the oil.
  5. Cut the zucchini into half rings and fry in oil until golden brown.
  6. Drain the vegetables into a colander and cool.
  7. Place the chicken in the pan and add the second part of the oil. Fry for about ten minutes.
  8. After the time has passed, add vegetables to the meat.
  9. There's also garlic, honey, soy sauce and Teriyaki sauce, dry ginger.
  10. Simmer for about five minutes, stirring constantly.
  11. Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into halves.
  12. Place cabbage leaves in a salad bowl, add the contents of the frying pan, tomatoes, and sprinkle the salad with Chinese cabbage and chicken with arugula and sesame seeds. Bon appetit.

Tip: sesame is added to keep the Asian tradition in the salad. You can add any nuts, seeds, or even serve the dish without any additions.

Salad with Chinese cabbage and chicken

Prepare Chinese cabbage and chicken salad:

  1. Pour water into a saucepan, add a pinch of salt and put on fire. When the water boils, add the chicken. From the moment of boiling, cook for forty minutes.
  2. After forty minutes, remove from the heat and leave the meat to cool without removing it from the broth. Cut the cooled fillet into small cubes or cubes.
  3. Wash the celery and chop finely.
  4. Grate the mozzarella.
  5. Peel the avocado and cut the pulp into small cubes.

Preparation:

  1. Throw the onion and meat into the meat grinder. Grind. Add salt. Chop the head of cabbage into smaller pieces. For a more delicate taste, pour boiling water over the cabbage. Hold for five minutes. Chop the greens. It is better to grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  2. Mix the products. Add rice. Mix.
  3. Wet your hands. Roll into cutlets. Place the steam container into the appliance. Pour water into the bowl. Place the workpieces on the stand. Close the lid of the device.
  4. Set the “Steam” mode. Set the timer for half an hour.

Fried Chinese cabbage with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes – 1 pc.;
  • carrot – 1 pc.;
  • Chinese cabbage – 850 g;
  • sesame;
  • ginger;
  • olive oil;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • sugar – 1 teaspoon;
  • soy sauce – 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.

Preparation:

  1. Wash and then dry the cabbage. Slice. The thickness of the pieces is two centimeters.
  2. Chop the onion into slices. Squeeze the cloves through the garlic cloves. Chop carrots and peppers.
  3. Pour oil into the frying pan. When hot, add onion. Hold until golden brown. Add garlic. Simmer for two minutes. Throw in the carrots. Fry until soft. Add tomato quarters and pepper. Cook for two minutes.
  4. Place cabbage. Simmer for a quarter of an hour. Pour in the sauce. Add sugar, ginger and salt. Mix. Simmer for five minutes. Cover with sesame seeds. Mix.

Festive salad with shrimp

  • parmesan – 220 g;
  • mayonnaise;
  • Chinese cabbage – 220 g;
  • shrimp – 250 g in their own juice;
  • Heinz deli sauce - 150 ml;
  • tomatoes – 3 pcs.;
  • egg – 3 pcs. boiled.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the tomatoes. Chop Chinese cabbage. Place tomatoes on cabbage.
  2. Pour over the sauce. Arrange the shrimp. Cover with egg slices. Coat with mayonnaise. Grate Parmesan and sprinkle shavings over salad.

Beijing cabbage with tuna - simple and tasty

  • tuna in its own juice – 190 g;
  • sugar;
  • corn – 290 g canned;
  • mustard – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • natural low-fat yogurt – 180 ml;
  • Chinese cabbage – 0.5 heads;
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • cucumber – 2 pcs. fresh;
  • onion – 0.5 pcs.;
  • garlic – 3 cloves.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the cabbage. Slice the cucumber. Chop the onion finer.
  2. Take a fork. Mash the tuna. Mix prepared products. Add corn. Stir.
  3. Take a garlic press. Skip the teeth. Add salt and sugar. Grind. Pour in the juice. Add mustard. Stir. Pour over yogurt. Mix.
  4. You can replace the yogurt in the recipe with low-fat sour cream and add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
  5. Pour the resulting sauce over the salad. Stir.

  • Chinese cabbage - 300 grams;
  • boiled chicken breast - 250 grams;
  • canned corn - 1 can;

  • salt - to taste.

How to make Chinese cabbage salad with chicken

Peking cabbage should be cut into small strips 5-7 millimeters wide. The white juicy part also needs to be cut. We don’t lose sight of it, because it is very tender, so you don’t even have to crush the cabbage slices.

Add green onions, chopped into wheels, to the cabbage. Greens, of course, can be replaced with onion counterparts, but then the salad will not be so bright and beautiful.

The next ingredient is corn. It is desirable that the canned grains be tender and small in size, therefore, for this salad it is better to choose a high-quality product from a brand you have tested.
