The signals of the body are the psychological causes of illnesses or what a person’s illnesses say. Why does gray hair appear at a young age? Diseases of the upper respiratory tract

In most languages of the world, the word " healing"derived from the word" whole". Whole means healthy. How to become so?

To do this, you need to understand that thoughts are an internal guide, and feelings are an external barometer, that there are disease-causing beliefs in the human subconscious that should be identified and neutralized, that there is a special, psycho-spiritual anatomy and each ailment has its own hidden meaning. And most importantly - the spirit, soul and body have an incomparable potential for recovery. We don't need to do anything special. You just need to know how to help him open up.

The book is full of informative tables, figures and diagrams, like a medical atlas, but the ease of presentation makes it a fascinating bestseller.

So, now there are three of them: Liz Burbo, Louise Hay - and Carol Ritberger!

    body signals. What do our illnesses say? Help your healing

    I dedicate this book to our daughter, Cynthia Frankie, who was healed because she believed she could.

    Introduction. Illness is not always obvious

    This book is written with a practical purpose: it will talk about how to be healed and what you can do for yourself. However, this is not as easy as it might seem at first glance, because your participation in this process is very strongly conditioned by your own ideas.

    Let me explain. If you perceive illness as a consequence of exposure external factors- viruses, bacterial infections, pollution environment or what you ate at dinner, your approach to healing will be based primarily on the needs of the body. If you see illnesses as some kind of psychological retribution for what you have done, it will be difficult for you to see them as an opportunity to learn more about yourself - an opportunity that serves as a powerful incentive to change the cause, causing pain and suffering in your life. If you expect someone to heal you and tend to rely on treatment regimens that are equally suitable for everyone without exception, then you will not understand that illness is your individual journey in search of wholeness. And most importantly, if you think that the disease is something obvious, then your chances of successful self-healing drop sharply, because with human ailments, not everything is so simple. They affect hidden factors that have the strongest influence on many aspects of your life.

    Disease reflects everything hidden in the depths human soul- thoughts, emotions, attitudes, beliefs, ideas, as well as deep beliefs that affect what we think about, how we perceive ourselves, why we act this way and not otherwise, as we perceive the surrounding reality, and our belief in the ability to heal ourselves myself. Illness reflects our life story and reveals how conditioning has affected our self-perception. And it affects not only the body - together with it, it affects the brain, energy body and soul. In a sense, it symbolizes the psycho-spiritual separation between them and indicates the need for changes that we must decide to restore our good health.

    Through the connection "soul - mind - body" disease points to those places in the body where we have energy accumulations negative emotions, - on organs, glands, muscles, - as well as on the spine, where we store our fears and attitudes. And since the disease is always more than it seems at first glance, then the treatment must go beyond mere bodily needs: one must turn to the root cause, because of which the disunity arose - to the mind. Without a change in the way of thinking, the soul, the energy body and the physical part of our "I" will continue to rely on the mercy of "causative agents", deeply buried among the intricacies of the mind.

    THE VIEW OF SEPARATENESS

    Throughout the history of medicine, both ordinary healers and metaphysicians have agreed that several factors are involved in the development of diseases. They knew that in order to overcome the disease, it is necessary to heal a person as a whole, and you need to start with a way of thinking. What made them change these views and subsequently gave rise to a completely different approach to understanding, diagnosing and treating diseases? What caused the transition from a holistic, psycho-spiritual view to "scientific principles", according to which the body and mind exist separately from each other, and the existence of the soul is not recognized at all - and therefore its healing powers are not taken into account?

    This theory definitely devalues the soul's ability to heal and completely neglects its needs. She doesn't take into account psychological factors hidden behind every disease. But why? perhaps we can find answers to these questions if we study how the consciousness of medicine developed and the concept of disunity developed, in which:

    ♦ only explicit and measurable double-blind methods are taken into account;

    ♦ not fully aware of the connection between thoughts and emotions, and the significant role they play in causing disease - especially disease immune system;

    ♦ the mind is perceived separately from the body, and they together - from the soul, and it is forgotten that physical body with such disunity loses vitality by becoming open to all ills;

    ♦ it is overlooked that healing cannot occur without the involvement of all the components that caused the disease - thoughts, emotions, attitudes, beliefs, ideas and deep convictions;

    ♦ the body is viewed from a biomechanical perspective - without understanding the interconnection of all its parts, while the holistic view is displaced, in which the physical "I" is seen as an integral system;

    ♦ it is forgotten that sickness and health are a continuum and that the difference between them lies in the quality of thought;

    ♦ the purpose of the disease is ignored.

    Emotional health. Human body language. The body speaks to us in the language of symptoms. The symptoms tell us what's going on. They do it on their own and also indirectly by causing change. The word “symptom” comes from two Greek roots: “sin” (“together”) and “piptein” (“to fall”). In other words, all the troubles, difficulties and conflicts that can last for weeks, months and even years suddenly fall on you all in a crowd, and then a symptom arises.

    A woman who has been abused as a child turns into an alcoholic because she subconsciously tries to drown out deep feelings of shame and anger. For several years, she is regularly applied to a glass and as a result acquires a chronic liver disease. Thus, the factors that led to the weakening of this organ began to take shape long before they acquired a physical manifestation, however, when making a diagnosis of “sick liver”, it is very easy to attribute the disease to excess alcohol alone.

    As you can see, in order to understand yourself, you need to know your own history. The events of life give variety and shape behavior, feelings, ways of thinking and health. Your biology is your biography. If attention is paid not only outward signs of this or that symptom, but also its history, it is possible to reveal deeper and subtle reasons diseases, one of which inevitably holds the key to healing.

    Human body language. Since the first call that not everything is in order is usually precisely physical symptom, the relationship between physiology and emotions is not always obvious. It often seems that the emotional and mental reaction is caused by a physical problem, which, by the way, is quite possible, since this connection is two-way. Upon closer examination, their mutual influence becomes clearer. Here is what Barbara Hoberman Levin writes in The Body Believes Every Word when she shares her story about her brain tumor: caused by a brain tumor. appearance led physical ailment because my physical state It was terrible, both literally and figuratively. But now I understand that the physical circumstances only made me feel those unconscious emotions and fears that were already inside. The disease allowed me to realize how much fear I always had.

    A symptom never occurs on its own. It is related to the past because it is caused by previous events and circumstances. It is related to the present, what is affecting you at the moment. And it tangibly affects the future, more precisely, on your ideas about it. Thus, a symptom is the combined effect of troubles, complexities, and conflicts that could last for weeks, months, and even years. No matter how deep you hide your feelings, they will come out anyway. Your body is like a black box in an airplane, it captures all your experiences and reactions.

    Symptoms help identify hidden feelings. They play the role of messages transmitted by the subconscious. By realizing that you were traumatized prior to the onset of the symptom, you are given the opportunity to realize what you may have suspected but never admitted to yourself, namely that fear, rage, guilt, or grief is locked up deep inside of you. Sometimes it turns out that the same symptoms return again and again, for example after months or years. They can move around the body like neuralgic pains, the nature of which does not change, although they appear here and there.

    If you look back over the past months or years, you may find a problem that goes back much deeper - to childhood, it's just that these childhood memories suddenly surfaced under the influence of recent events. Children easily drive confusion, fear, unhappy experiences into the subconscious, just not to cope with pain. The symptoms of the disease point you to these feelings, and contact with them opens the door to recovery.

    Here's what happened to Cheryl:

    “As a child, I was constantly offended. My father raped me at least once a week, sometimes more. When I left him, I started drinking. I became a happy alcoholic. If it became unbearably difficult, it was enough just to knock over another glass and the pain went away. Years passed and everything was great until I received a letter from my father asking for a meeting. This really upset me. I went to a party, then I had an accident and ended up in the hospital. The lower half of my body was paralyzed and I was told that I might never be able to walk.

    Staying in the hospital made me sober up. This was the hardest part. There is nowhere to hide feelings anymore. And then I realized that I got a second chance. The body told me that the old direction was leading me to a dead end, that it was time to start living again. And yet, deep inside, I knew that my pelvis was numb because I didn't want to feel what was buried there, all the sexual experiences. I knew that if I wanted to get back on my feet, I would have to let go of those memories and forgive my father. That's what I did day after day, week after week. Eventually, I got up and left the hospital. Now I'm teaching dance."

    Currently, the popularity of diagnosing diseases by the state of the tongue is growing. It is believed that it is a reflection of the state of almost all internal organs, a kind of "mirror" of their health. Due to the fact that the signs of pathology appear in the language before a person notices the usual symptoms, with a well-organized diagnosis, the development of the disease can be found out on the most early stages, which means that the treatment will be quick, simple and successful.

    Correspondence of tongue zones to internal organs

    To determine the state of health by language, it should be borne in mind that the language is conventionally divided into separate zones responsible for certain internal organs. When identifying pathologies, the doctor, first of all, will pay attention to the dislocation of language changes. An interesting fact is that from the point of view of ancient Eastern practices, the language is also divided into areas according to five "primary elements":

    • back - Water;
    • the central region is the Earth;
    • sides - Wood;
    • between the tip and the central part - Metal;
    • tip - Fire.

    Signs of diseases according to the characteristics of the tongue

    This article talks about typical ways to solve your questions, but each case is unique! If you want to know from me how to solve exactly your problem - ask your question. It's fast and free!

    • yellow - liver failure, gastrointestinal diseases, smoking;
    • blue - indicates kidney failure;
    • blue / purple - heart or lung disease;

    • gray - chronic diseases gastrointestinal tract;
    • burgundy - speaks of diseases infectious origin in an acute form;
    • reddish - inflammatory processes or infectious diseases;
    • white - dehydration, SARS, colds, fungal infection.

    When making a diagnosis, it is also important to take into account the intensity and brightness of the plaque on the surface of the tongue.

    If it is very pale, almost colorless, then this may indicate that the person is eating poorly, suffering from beriberi or anemia. A touch of very dark rich color indicates that the body has chronic pathology which should be treated immediately.

    Tongue form

    In the process of identifying pathologies of organs and systems, the shape of the tongue is no less important than the color of the plaque. To determine which disease develops in the body, the specialist who conducts the diagnosis must close attention for this feature as well. ABOUT pathological process may indicate the symptoms listed below. Description:

    • relief changes - deficiency of B vitamins;
    • uneven, curved median line - scoliosis or other pathologies of the spinal column;
    • the organ is enlarged, swollen - pathology of the gastrointestinal tract;
    • too thin - impaired metabolism, dysfunction circulatory system;
    • bulges in the anterior zone - diseases of the broncho-pulmonary system;
    • an enlarged tip of a tongue that is too long indicates heart failure;
    • thickened organ - pathologies of the digestive system, liver failure.

    The presence of stains

    Spots often appear on the surface of the tongue. They can be different shapes, color and size and located in different areas of the body. In some cases, only one spot is formed, but there may be several. Depending on these characteristics, as well as general condition tongue during the examination, it is possible not only to clarify the diagnosis, but also to determine the cause that caused the appearance of spots.

    • hemangioma.

    Roughness

    Tongue surface healthy person looks "velvety" due to pronounced taste buds (papillae). If this muscular organ becomes noticeably rough and rough, then this phenomenon should also be considered from the standpoint of linguistic diagnostics. What may indicate the roughness of the surface of the tongue:

    • state of dehydration;
    • work disruption salivary glands(we recommend reading:);
    • overdose of vitamins A and D;
    • overdose of medicines (including antibiotics, drugs of the atropine group);
    • rough and swollen - biliary dyskinesia, gastroduodenitis;
    • in combination with dryness - complicated diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (ulcer, appendicitis, intestinal infection, peritonitis);
    • in combination with dryness and the appearance of cracks - diabetes, thyroid disease.

    Smooth surface

    If atrophy of the taste buds occurs, their number is significantly reduced, or these receptors disappear altogether, then the surface of the tongue becomes very smooth and shiny, this phenomenon is called “lacquered tongue” (we recommend reading:). This symptom can be triggered by the inability of the body to absorb vitamin B2, chronic colitis or stomach cancer.

    When the tongue is covered with a dark, brown-black coating that lies on the surface of the tongue in a dense layer and it is very difficult to remove it, and cracks appear (“chessboard”), then we are talking about a pathology such as pellagra (that is, a lack of vitamin B and nicotinic acid). On late stages development, one of the symptoms of the disease becomes the "cardinal tongue" - the organ becomes bright red, and its surface - "varnished".

    Other language features

    If the tongue hurts, becomes numb, others appear discomfort, then this indicates a disease of the organ itself or the oral cavity. The appearance of plaque and other surface changes usually indicate the development of general diseases in the body and are not associated with the state of oral health. An experienced diagnostician will pay attention to the following features language states:

    • papillae at the tip become bright red - diseases of the pelvic organs;
    • small sores appeared on the surface - hyperacidity(we recommend reading:);
    • the appearance of thick dense plaques - candidiasis;
    • bright spots - pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract;
    • tremor of the tongue - thyroid disease, neurotic disorders;
    • burning sensation - cervical osteochondrosis, vegetative neurosis, stress;
    • the appearance of imprints of teeth - violations of the digestive process;
    • the tongue is twisted or deviated to the side - cerebrovascular accident, cerebellar dysfunction, hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke.

    Diseases of the oral cavity

    Inflammatory processes in the oral cavity, including on the tongue, do not always become a reflection of the development of pathologies of internal organs - sometimes we are talking about independent diseases. If there is a burning sensation or presence in the mouth foreign body, the tongue reddens and swells (while swelling tends to progress over time), salivation increases, taste sensations change (they can become dull or completely disappear), speech and eating become difficult, the patient feels pain in the tongue - these are symptoms of the development of glossitis, that is tongue inflammation. This disease can take a variety of forms, but the symptoms listed above are inherent in almost each of them.

    What does the change in taste indicate?

    If habitual taste sensations suddenly change, it is serious occasion for worry. Responsible for the perception of different shades of taste different areas tongue - depending on the type of receptors in a particular zone. In the case of a violation of taste sensations, we can talk about the development serious illnesses endocrine or nervous system. It is recommended to seek advice from an endocrinologist and a neurologist.

    How to properly care for the tongue?

    To remove food debris and plaque from its surface, you should use a thread and a brush. Removal of plaque should be done with smooth, unhurried movements, in the direction from the base to the tip. After several movements, the brush is rinsed with water and the procedure is continued. It is impossible to apply force to remove plaque - there is a risk of injuring the organ. After cleaning is completed oral cavity need to rinse clean water or special solution.

    In order to care for the tongue, you can use ordinary toothbrush(There must be a separate hygiene product for brushing your teeth) or purchase a special tool:

    • scraper brush - on one side of the tool there are relief strips of rubber, and on the other - bristles;
    • spoon - a special nozzle on the irrigator for soft brushing tongue with water;
    • scraper - looks like a small plastic spatula.

In the mind of a child, the desire to be loved and the desire to be fed are deeply connected. When, in later life, the desire to receive help from another causes shame or shyness, which is not uncommon in a society whose main value is independence, this desire finds a regressive satisfaction in an increased craving for food. This defense mechanism involves the conscious displacement of disturbing material (negative emotions, including anxiety, aggression) into the subconscious, which in turn contributes to the emergence and growth of anhedonia and depression. The following become predominant in the psycho-emotional state: anhedonia - a chronic deficit of a sense of pleasure, depression - a whole complex of sensations and feelings, of which for rheumatoid arthritis the most characteristic are low self-esteem and guilt, a feeling of constant tension, tk. the suppression mechanism prevents the free exit of psychic energy, the growth of internal, hidden aggressiveness or hostility. All these negative emotional states during prolonged existence can cause dysfunction in the limbic system and other emotional zones of the hypothalamus, a change in activity in the serotonergic and dopaminergic non-transmitter systems, which in turn leads to certain changes in the immune system, and together with the emotionally dependent found in these patients tension in the periarticular muscles (due to constantly suppressed psychomotor arousal) can serve as a mental component of the entire mechanism for the development of rheumatoid arthritis.

    body signals.

If you perceive disease as the result of external factors - viruses, bacterial infections, environmental pollution, or what you eat at dinner, then your approach to healing will be based mainly on the needs of the body. If you see illnesses as some kind of psychological retribution for what you have done, it will be difficult for you to see them as an opportunity to learn more about yourself - an opportunity that serves as a powerful incentive to change the cause of pain and suffering in your life. They touch on the hidden factors that have the strongest influence on many aspects of your life.

    Diseases reflect everything hidden in the depths of the human soul - thoughts, emotions, attitudes, beliefs, ideas, as well as deep convictions that affect what we think about, how we perceive ourselves, why we act this way and not otherwise, as we perceive the surrounding reality, and our faith in our ability to heal ourselves. Illness reflects our life story and reveals how conditioning has affected our self-perception. And it affects not only the body - together with it, it affects the brain, energy body and soul. In a sense, it symbolizes the psycho-spiritual separation between them and indicates the need for changes that we must decide to restore our good health.

    Through the “soul-mind-body” connection, the disease points to those places in the body where we have energy accumulations of negative emotions - organs, glands, muscles - as well as to the sections of the spine where we store our fears and attitudes.

It does not take into account the psychological factors behind any disease. But why? perhaps we can find answers to these questions if we study how the consciousness of medicine developed and the concept of disunity developed, in which:

    ♦ only explicit and measurable double-blind methods are taken into account;

    ♦ the link between thoughts and emotions, and the significant role they play in causing disease, especially immune system disease, is not well understood;

    ♦ the mind is perceived separately from the body, and they together - from the soul, and it is forgotten that the physical body, with such disunity, loses its vitality, becoming open to all ailments;

    ♦ it is overlooked that healing cannot occur without the involvement of all the components that caused the disease - thoughts, emotions, attitudes, beliefs, ideas and deep convictions;

    ♦ the body is viewed from a biomechanical perspective - without understanding the interconnection of all its parts, while the holistic view is replaced, in which the physical "I" is seen as an integral system;

    ♦ it is forgotten that sickness and health are a continuum and that the difference between them lies in the quality of thought;

    ♦ the purpose of the disease is ignored.

    GOAL OF ILLNESS

    Diseases primarily reflect how the soul, mind and body interact with each other and how they respond to external and internal influences, adapt to them and adapt to them. The resulting disease tells us that something in our thoughts, words, deeds and lifestyle does not allow us to be ourselves, and this causes failures in the process of electromechanical communication between the soul, mind and body. In the case of illness, we see how this failure undermines the ability of the body to function smoothly and affects the ability of the mind to correct the failure. Illness shows us how the soul struggles to renew lost connections with the body and mind.

    The purpose of sickness is to send us an alarm signal that something needs to change if we are to be in good health. She tells us: change negative thoughts, generating restrictions that do not allow you to develop and obscure the vision of yourself. The disease makes you think about the fact that these thoughts cause harmful attitudes, which subsequently lead to wrong actions and deeds. It's time to stop the annoying internal monologue and stop rehashing the same obsolete stories that hurt us once upon a time. Illness tells us to stop blaming ourselves for things we think we should have or could have done but didn't.

    Illness may require us to change our lifestyle - if it does not work for us - or to reconsider unhealthy habits that affect the well-being of the body. It may reveal to us the need to re-evaluate the relationships with the people we attract to us, or suggest that the time has come to end emotionally destructive relationships for us. Perhaps the disease wants to tell THAT it is time for us to start expressing emotions - instead of suppressing them - because suppressing emotions strikes at the immune system.

    In general, whenever malaise calls to us - How muscle tension, prolonged pain, sudden attacks or other clear signs, it clearly and clearly makes us understand: something must be done about the cause of disunity between the soul, mind and body, for the harm from this disunity has already become apparent.

    Another purpose of diseases is to increase our level of awareness physical needs and to draw attention - sometimes to the point where everything else takes a backseat - to what goes on between the mind-body-soul. This heightened state of consciousness sometimes generates restlessness and anxiety, but they are needed to awaken the mind and make it listen to the messages of the body, and not continue to ignore them.

    As an example, consider the problem of arrhythmia. Because heart rate affects common work organism, then in this case the body sends small alarm signals to the mind that there is some kind of problem and that it needs to calm down a little - and then the person notices: whenever he overexerts, the rhythm of his heart becomes uneven. The body seems to be whispering to the mind: something is going wrong, the mind needs to react and encourage the person to figure it out.
